By proceeding with this proposal — via email confirmation or advance payment the client agrees to:

Accept that the final videos and photos reflect our signature cinematic and storytelling approach.
Provide any special requests or suggestions before the editing process begins.
Our commitment is to deliver a visually stunning and emotionally engaging story that truly captures the essence of your wedding day.
Investment
Total Package Price: To be quoted based on location and event details
Payment Terms:
Advance Payment (Booking Fee): 30% (non-refundable) upon confirmation to secure the date
Balance Payment: Due within 7 days after the event or upon delivery of raw footage
(whichever occurs first)

Same-day highlight edit (for reception screening)

Terms & Conditions
The client acknowledges that Magic of the Moment retains creative rights over editing, colour grading, and music selection.
Drone footage is for videography only and is subject to weather, location restrictions, and CASA regulations.
Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to unforeseen production challenges.
Raw files will be available for download for 3 months; the client is responsible for securing their copies.
Advance payments are non-refundable but may be transferable if the event date changes (subject to availability).
Magic of the Moment reserves the right to use select footage or images for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing
